Vazyme VAHTS TGS DNA Library Prep Kit for ONT

The VAHTS TGS DNA Library Prep Kit for Oxford Nanopore Technologies (ONT) from Vazyme is designed to prepare DNA libraries for long read sequencing. Compatible with genomic DNA (gDNA) and amplicon DNA from animals, plants and microorganisms, the kit supports applications including whole genome sequencing and targeted sequencing.

This protocol semi automates the preparation of up to 24 DNA libraries using the Myra Liquid Handling System. The Myra 96 Well Magnet Station is used for magnetic bead capture and clean up steps, while heating steps are performed using an external thermal cycler. By automating pipetting intensive steps, the workflow helps reduce manual handling and the risk of human error, improve reproducibility and increase overall laboratory productivity.
