Transfer Media and Drugs, then Dilute

The Transfer Media and Drugs, then Dilute workflow supports automated preparation of compound dilution series for drug screening, compound titration and cell-based assay applications. The workflow enables preparation of user-defined dilution series, media transfer and positive control dilution series while supporting flexible plate layouts and multiple media conditions.

The Myra Liquid Handling System automates media transfer, compound dispensing, serial dilution preparation and reaction plate setup, reducing hands-on time and improving reproducibility. The workflow supports configurable dilution series, positive control preparation, replicate generation and transfer of final dilutions to downstream assay plates. Plate incubation, cell-based assays and data analysis are performed separately according to the experimental workflow requirements.
