Serial Dilution

This protocol is designed to automate a serial dilution workflow with the ability to use small volumes for up to 96 samples.

A single tip is used for aliquoting diluent for each series. A single tip is used for aliquoting the source template and all dilutions for that source.

The volumes, dilution factor and number of dilutions are easily configured in the script.
