Sample Normalisation and qPCR Setup
The Sample Normalisation and qPCR Setup workflow supports concentration-based normalisation of samples before qPCR assay preparation. Samples with different starting concentrations are automatically diluted to a user-defined target concentration, providing consistent template input for real-time PCR and other PCR-based molecular testing applications.
The Myra Liquid Handling System automates diluent dispensing, intermediate dilution preparation, sample normalisation and mixing, reducing hands-on time and improving reproducibility. As an Independent Prep Protocol, the script can be loaded into the Workbench qPCR Setup application to combine sample normalisation and qPCR reaction setup within a single run. Dilution volumes and intermediate dilution steps are calculated automatically according to each sample’s starting concentration, target concentration and volume required for the configured qPCR reactions.
