Quant-iT PicoGreen dsDNA assay

The Quant-iT PicoGreen dsDNA Assay by Molecular Devices provides highly sensitive fluorescence-based quantification of double-stranded DNA for next-generation sequencing, DNA amplification and molecular biology workflows. Compatible with fluorescence microplate readers, including Molecular Devices SpectraMax systems, the assay delivers accurate DNA quantification across a broad dynamic range for nucleic acid quality control applications.

The Myra Liquid Handling System automates assay preparation for up to 96 samples, including TE buffer dispensing, sample transfer and PicoGreen reagent preparation and distribution, reducing hands-on time and improving reproducibility. Fluorescence measurement and data analysis are performed separately using a compatible microplate reader and associated analysis software in accordance with the Quant-iT PicoGreen dsDNA Assay workflow.
