KAPA Library Quantification Kit

The Roche KAPA Library Quantification Kit provides accurate and reproducible qPCR-based quantification of Illumina sequencing libraries for next-generation sequencing workflows. Using DNA standards and KAPA SYBR FAST qPCR chemistry, the assay enables absolute library quantification across a wide range of library types, supporting reliable sequencing preparation, NGS quality control and contamination monitoring.

The Myra Liquid Handling System automates assay preparation for the KAPA Library Quantification workflow, including library dilution series preparation, diluent dispensing, qPCR master mix preparation and qPCR reaction setup with standards, samples and no-template controls. Automated assay setup reduces hands-on time and improves reproducibility for high-throughput NGS quality control workflows for up to 96 samples per run. qPCR amplification and quantification analysis are performed separately using a compatible real-time PCR instrument in accordance with the Roche KAPA Library Quantification workflow.
