GloMelt Protein Inhibitor Setup

The GloMelt workflow supports fluorescence-based protein thermal shift assays for protein stability analysis, ligand binding studies and inhibitor screening applications. The workflow enables preparation of inhibitor titration series and associated controls, including Ligand Only Controls (LOC), No Protein Controls (NPC), reference reactions and control protein reactions for comprehensive thermal stability assessment.

The Myra Liquid Handling System automates assay preparation for up to 72 samples, including protein, inhibitor, ROX reference dye and GloMelt dye dispensing, reaction setup, replicate preparation and inhibitor incubation workflows. User-configurable assay parameters support multiple inhibitors, concentration series, replicate numbers and flexible plate layouts, reducing hands-on time and improving reproducibility. Thermal melt analysis and data interpretation are performed separately in accordance with the GloMelt workflow.
