Cell Media Transfer

This protocol is optimized for media replenishment in a 96-Well 0.3 mL Flat Bottom Plates. The workflow mixes fresh media with cells suspended in existing media and transfers the resulting cell suspension to a new 96-Well 0.3 mL Flat Bottom Plate.

For other plate types, the mixing and transfer parameters can be customized within the script. It is recommended to perform a water run before processing samples to verify these settings.

The fresh media volume and transfer volume to the output plate can be easily configured within the script.
