ADP-Glo Compound Screening
The ADP-Glo Compound Screening workflow supports kinase activity measurement, compound screening and inhibitor profiling applications. Using the ADP-Glo assay format, the workflow enables preparation of kinase reactions with test compounds, positive controls, negative controls and activity controls for luminescence-based kinase screening studies.
The Myra Liquid Handling System automates assay preparation, including kinase solution dispensing, compound transfer, ATP/substrate addition, ADP-Glo reagent addition and Kinase Detection Reagent addition, reducing hands-on time and improving reproducibility. User-configurable assay parameters support flexible replicate numbers, control configurations and source plate layouts, while automated incubation timing helps standardise kinase assay workflows. Optional off-deck shaking steps can be incorporated where required. Luminescence measurement and downstream data analysis are performed separately in accordance with the ADP-Glo assay workflow.
