AlloSeq Nano Kit

The CareDx AlloSeq Nano Kits support high-resolution HLA genotyping for histocompatibility and transplant compatibility applications using Oxford Nanopore Technologies sequencing platforms, including the MinION. The workflow enables long-read sequencing of HLA and ABO loci, providing comprehensive allele-level resolution for transplant research and immunogenetics laboratories.

The Myra Liquid Handling System automates the processing of up to 24 samples, including sample pooling, dilution and aliquoting steps, reducing hands-on time and improving reproducibility. PCR amplification setup, Oxford Nanopore sequencing and downstream analysis are performed separately from this script in accordance with the CareDx AlloSeq Nano workflow.
