Flexible Serial Dilutions

The Flexible Serial Dilutions MyraScript automates serial dilution preparation, providing a flexible and reproducible approach to automated sample preparation on the Myra Liquid Handling System. Users can configure individual samples with different dilution factors, transfer volumes and numbers of dilution steps, enabling multiple dilution series to be prepared within a single run.

The Myra Liquid Handling System standardises liquid transfers across the dilution series, helping reduce hands-on time and operator-dependent variability. This flexible serial dilution protocol provides a consistent approach to sample preparation for a range of laboratory applications, including assay development, standard curve preparation, concentration studies and analytical method development. With customisable dilution schemes to suit individual experimental requirements, the protocol supports automated serial dilution and sample preparation workflows.
