Wizard® MagneSil® Sequencing Reaction Clean Up System

The Wizard® MagneSil® Sequencing Reaction Clean Up System from Promega is used to purify DNA sequencing reactions before fluorescent Sanger sequencing. MagneSil® GREEN paramagnetic particles enable the removal of unincorporated dye labelled terminators and other reaction components that can interfere with DNA sequence analysis, helping prepare sequencing products for downstream analysis.

The Myra Liquid Handling System automates the MagneSil® sequencing reaction clean up workflow, providing consistent reagent handling and magnetic particle processing while reducing hands on time and operator dependent variability. The MyraScript supports processing of up to 24 samples using the Myra 96 Well Magnetic Station, with reagent volumes and incubation times configurable to suit different sequencing workflows.
