Overview
The PacBio 16S kit is used to generate KinnexTM libraries from full-length 16S amplicons for sequencing on various PacBio systems, including Sequel® II, Sequel IIe, and RevioTM.
Full-length 16S genes from metagenomic samples are amplified using barcoded Forward and Reverse 16S primes. This protocol automates the process of adding barcoded primers to samples.
