Overview

The Native Barcoding Kit 24 v14 is a NGS Library Prep kit is known for its efficiency, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness. Ideal for genomics, transcriptomics, and metagenomics studies, this Oxford Nanopore Technologies kit allows multiplexing of up to 24 samples per sequencing run, boosting throughput and cutting costs. Its compatibility with native DNA avoids amplification biases, ensuring accurate data representation which is crucial for high-fidelity applications like clinical diagnostics and biodiversity assessments.

This protocol semi-automates Native Barcoding Kit 24 V14 for up to 24 libraries on the Myra where the 96 Well Magnetic Station is used for the clean-up steps and the heating steps are performed on an external thermal cycler. By automating the pipetting-intensive steps, human error can be eliminated, thereby providing high-quality reproducible results, and increasing overall productivity.

More information on the protocol can be found via Download the Protocol PDF.
