Overview
This protocol is designed to pool 96 samples from a 96 Well Plate to a single 5 mL Flip Cap Tube. Up to 3 x 96 Well Plates can be processed per run.
The volume to transfer from each well and number of wells to be pooled can be configured.
Tip reuse has been configured to use 1 tip for pooling all samples.
