Flexibility without the complexity

The Myra liquid handling system and Mic qPCR cycler boast software that stands out from the rest.

You can set up workflows, like NGS library prep, effortlessly using the scripting function. Pre-configured scripts are available for various applications, offering flexibility for easy customization. For standard lab operations like qPCR, an intuitive UI enables easy setup, running, and analysis.

Options

The liquid handling software includes standard applications like qPCR for swift setup. You can configure assays, run profiles, and analysis. Achieve sample normalization, pooling, or plate transfers easily. Alternatively, leverage Python scripting for custom workflows or update existing protocols from our script templates.

Inbuilt options include qPCR, simple liquid transfer, NGS library quantification, normalization, and pooling. These integrate seamlessly with the Mic qPCR cycler. To begin a run, select the option in the start menu and follow the straightforward steps.

Assay Creation

Creating assays in advance simplifies future runs. These assays include all the necessary information, including reaction components, thermal profiles, and analysis options. The latter two are particularly valuable when integrating with a Mic cycler. The smart logic embedded in the assay design guarantees that you won’t overlook any crucial setup elements.

Run Setup

Myra liquid handling software offers two qPCR setup options tailored to your lab settings:

  1. Sample Prep and qPCR Setup: This streamlines the entire workflow by generating reactions from user-defined sample input. The sample prep feature enables a seamless transition from sample to reaction in just a few steps.
  2. Reaction Driven qPCR Setup: For flexibility, this option lets users design a custom reaction plate based on their preferred sample order.

Deck Layout

Setting up your deck is quick and effortless. Choose the consumables you need or opt for predefined defaults. Simply transfer reagent components, intermediate mixes, and templates to the deck, and you’re good to go. Most positions can serve as templates, mix, reagent, or reaction sites, providing ample flexibility and deck space. We accommodate a wide range of generic consumable types, ensuring you find the right one.

If your consumable type isn’t available, our software allows you to create custom definitions. It’s that convenient.

Script Runs

Introducing Script Run, a new Myra feature powered by Python. This feature enables the development of fully customizable protocols, offering users complete control over liquid transfer parameters, such as pipetting speeds, delays, level sensing, tracking, and mixing. Python, in conjunction with the MyraScript API, allows users to configure plasticware and reagents on the Deck Layout and compile a list of operations for execution.

Explore Myra Script to access an extensive library of completed script runs covering diverse protocols. These include matrix serial dilutions, complex normalizations, cell culture transfers, next-generation sequencing (NGS) applications, and magnetic bead clean-up. All of these protocols can be easily executed using the Myra liquid handling software.

Calibration – Eye Can Do it.

Thanks to the integrated high-precision camera, calibration on a robotic liquid handling system is effortlessly achieved. By simply clicking on the centre of the tube image, the software handles the rest.

You can choose to calibrate only what’s needed. Why spend time calibrating tubes you won’t use? The Myra pipetting robot software mandates calibration only for tubes in use. Moreover, the system automatically records all calibration data, eliminating the need to repeat the process when switching computers or pipette heads.

Link in with Mic

You can kickstart a Mic run with just a button press. There’s no requirement to deal with the export and import of sample information. Everything is seamlessly connected to facilitate a speedy and dependable setup, minimizing the risk of sample transfer errors – a crucial factor in diagnostic applications.
