Serial Dilution

This protocol is designed to create a √10 (3.16) fold dilution series using small volumes in a 384 well plate for up to 16 samples.

A single tip is used for aliquoting diluent for each series. A single tip is used for aliquoting the source template and all dilutions for that source.

The volumes, dilution factor and number of dilutions are easily configured in the script.
