96 Well Plate Sample Pooling

This protocol is designed to pool 96 samples from a 96 Well Plate to a single 5 mL Flip Cap Tube. Up to 3 x 96 Well Plates can be processed per run.

The volume to transfer from each well and number of wells to be pooled can be configured.
