Please carefully read the following terms and conditions before purchasing products from Bio Molecular Systems. By placing an order and/or purchasing our products, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. No Return Policy:

• Once a Bio Molecular Systems product has been removed from its original packaging, it is considered non-returnable. We do not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been opened or used, except in cases of manufacturer’s defects or damage during shipping.

2. Returns for Unopened Items:

• In the event that you receive an item that is unopened and unused and you wish to return it, Bio Molecular Systems may accept the return of such items, subject to the following conditions:
  • The item must be in its original, unopened packaging.
  • You must notify us of your intent to return the item within 5 days of receipt.
  • The return must be received within 30 days of the original purchase.
  • A processing fee of 20% of the value of the goods will be deducted from the refund amount.

3. Return Merchandise Authorization:

• Prior to returning any product, please contact Bio Molecular Systems to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. Returns received without a valid RMA may not be processed.

4. Condition of Returned Items:

• Returned items must be in their original, unopened packaging, and in a re-sellable condition.
• Bio Molecular Systems reserves the right to reject any returns that do not meet these conditions.

5. Shipping Costs:

• Shipping costs associated with returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturer’s defect or damage during shipping.

6. Refund Process:

• Refunds for eligible returns will be processed after the returned item is received, inspected, and determined to meet the specified conditions.
• Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment method, minus the 20% processing fee for unopened items.

7. Manufacturer’s Defects:

• If you receive a product with a manufacturer’s defect or damage during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will provide instructions for returning the item, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund, including any shipping costs associated with the return.

8. Liability Limitation:

• Bio Molecular Systems is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, except for cases of manufacturer’s defects.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

• Bio Molecular Systems reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
